These 32mm wooden rings provide a thicker grip surface, which is excellent for building forearm strength and providing a stable platform for dips and rows. The wood is sanded to a smooth finish that feels natural in the hands while providing the necessary friction for a secure hold.
The numbered 15 foot straps included in this set make height adjustments quick and repeatable. By using the printed numbers, you can move the rings from a pull-up height to a push-up height in seconds without having to eyeball the level. This makes your workout more efficient.
This set is built for longevity and can be used in a variety of settings, from a garage gym to a backyard tree. The heavy-duty buckles are easy to operate and provide a secure lock that won't slip during exercise. It is a high-quality option for comprehensive bodyweight training.
